Save Your Vote (saveyourvote.org) is a nonprofit, non-partisan educational and journalism project of the Grateful Film Fund, produced with the Palast Investigative Fund. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name and email address when you sign up for updates, send us a message through our contact form, or make a donation. We also use standard analytics tools to understand overall site traffic and usage patterns (such as pages visited and general location).
Donations are processed by our third-party donation platform. We do not collect or store your full payment card information — that is handled directly by our payment processor under its own privacy and security practices.
Tools such as Klan Detector and Tracer send the text you submit to an AI service for analysis in order to generate a result. Submitted text may be processed by that service in accordance with its own privacy practices. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information into these tools.
By signing up with your email, you're registering to receive emails from saveyourvote.org, which are sent from gregpalast.com. We use the information we collect to send campaign and action updates (if you sign up), respond to inquiries, process donations, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
We rely on trusted third-party services to operate this site, including email sign-up and campaign updates, donation processing, our contact form, and web analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.
You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the link in any email we send. To request that we delete information we hold about you, email us at contact@saveyourvote.org.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
